In this case, it isn’t grain or water, it’s amazing local wine barrels. This beauty spent 4 years in a new, American oak barrel before it was moved into a freshly dumped Cabernet barrel from our friends at Cote Bonneville Winery. It rested an additional 5 years and the result is truly amazing. Enjoy!
