A true hands on experience! Participate in making your own Gin on our new, 60L still!

After a quick introduction to Gin Distilling, the group will choose a unique botanical recipe, add them to the still, and watch the magic happen.

Each participant will receive:

- Tour of the facility

- Delicious Appetizers

- 2 cocktails

- 2 bottles of your own, custom made Gin

5:30 to 9 pm. -- May 16th

Spring Cocktail Class -- May 30th

You will learn how to make some signature Dry Fly Cocktails. That will kick off your Spring and drinks you can make all summer long to impress your friends.
