Step into the world of craft distilling with a one-of-a-kind, hands-on experience you will not find anywhere else. For this special festival event, we are bringing out something truly unique: Legacy Reserve Gin, a custom spirit typically reserved exclusively for The Davenport Hotel.
You will not just taste it. You will help create it.
This immersive class follows the structure of our signature gin-making experience with a special twist. After a brief introduction to gin distillation, the group will work together to build the botanical profile behind the Davenport’s Legacy Reserve Gin. Then, you will load the recipe into our 60-liter copper still, fire it up, and watch as your gin is distilled in real time.
While your spirit comes to life, enjoy cocktails, appetizers, and a behind-the-scenes look at our distillery process. It is equal parts education, entertainment, and an unforgettable experience.
At the end of the event, you will leave with a bottle of the very gin you helped create and label, an exclusive take on a Davenport favorite, made by you.
Traveling? We have you covered. We can safely package your bottle for checked baggage or ship it anywhere within Washington State for a small fee.
