Our first ever Wine Barrel Finished Bourbon Whiskey. Corn from our local Hutterian Settlement and generationally raised Triticale makes up this incredibly unique mash bill. Aged 3 years in a new, American Oak barrel and then transferred to a used Townshend Port Barrel for 2+ additional years, this Whiskey is truly one of a kind! At a vibrantly big proof, the grain and fruit flavor of this Whiskey blend beautifully with the subtle oak from two different, amazing, barrels. A match made in heaven.
