Every angler knows why Catch and Release is important. Sustainability, bigger fish, and healthier populations. It's this spirit we've adopted with out Cask and Release series. We release our used whiskey barrels into the "wild" to be conditioned by Northwest -made craft beer. We then take these barrels back and refill them with the same whiskey that had once called them home. craft collaboration done right. 

While at YaYa Brewing Company, these barrels house the fireside barrel Aged Milk Stout with notes of plum, oak, and chocolate at 8.3%.
