Our kitchen mirrors our distillery’s core values of fresh, local ingredients, in-house production, great flavors, and a focus on excellent value.

This kitchen features an in-house smoker, a rotary pita and naan oven, and Tandoor ovens for cooking meats and vegetables over flame.
