The Glencairn whisky glass is a style of glass developed by Glencairn Crystal Ltd, Scotland for drinking whisky. Originally designed by Raymond Davidson, managing director of the company, the shape of the glass is derived from the traditional nosing copitas used in whisky labs around Scotland.The glass design was concluded with the aid of master blenders from five of the largest whisky companies in Scotland.The glass first came into production in 2001 With the Dry Fly logo etched in, also states Spokane WA.

 Dry Fly Huckleberry Vodka starts out as our soft, creamy textured Vodka made with 100% soft white winter wheat, then we add a delicious wild huckleberry syrup and an all-natural huckleberry flavoring to give it a bold flavor and bright color. We bottle it at a full 80 proof for superior cocktails.

Another amazing collaboration with a local brewery. Years ago Iron Goat Brewing took a used Triticale Barrel to age it’s Buzzsaw McThunder IPA. We took that barrel back, filled it with our award-winning Gin and let it rest. The result is astounding. This is a staff favorite and after the first sip, you’ll know why. Amazing on its own, amazing in a cocktail, just a wonderful pour. Enjoy!
